The problem

A fuzzy story slows your team, spooks investors and loses buyers.

Does this sound familiar?

Your team is stuck because nobody really gets the strategy. Investors hear a different pitch on every call and start wondering if you know where you're headed. Buyers bounce because they can't see what makes you different.

Time to get your story straight.

And get growth moving again.

How I can help

A Story Audit to find what's broken and where the growth is.

I run AI-powered research on your channels, your team's perspective and your competitors' storytelling. You'll get a narrative playground report to see where old stories hold you back (narrative debt), where your team has drifted apart (narrative entropy) and where your untapped potential is.

An Interim Mandate to embed and operate your narrative across the org.

As your Interim Head of Narrative, I own your strategic storytelling for 6 to 12 months.

I build your custom storytelling framework and get every team on it. Storylines, talking points, call guides: all in one AI-ready library, so everyone's got the narratives that win. Then your story ops team, humans and AI agents, takes it from there.

What's a company narrative?

It's the big story that keeps your company on course and shapes how people see you over time. In business, we've given these stories fancy names: strategy, mission, vision, brand story, positioning. But they all share one thing: they only work if people get them and live them.

How long does a project take?

Usually, a two-week Story Sprint solves about 90% of storytelling problems. At the core are one to three workshops where we work out the story together. If you want support rolling it out, I'm happy to stick around, typically for 2–12 months.

What does it cost?

I usually price projects at a day rate, based on what you need. My standard rate is €2,000 per day (plus VAT). Longer engagements can get special terms, and a two-week Story Sprint can be a flat fee.

How are you different from an agency or consulting firm?

Independence. Focus. Flexibility. I'm a solo operator, so I can give you straight advice. Unlike an agency or big consulting firm, I have no reason to pad a project just to keep people busy. You get my full attention, and I adapt to what you need.

What do we actually walk away with?

I've done my job when you have total clarity on your narratives and say: yes, that's exactly the story we want to tell. We capture every step along the way. You'll get at least a story map that lays out the key content and a one-pager that nails the story. Anything else, we scope together based on what you need.

Why can't AI just write our story?

Gemini, ChatGPT and friends are great at a lot of things. But they can't feel the specific context of your strategy or the culture of your brand. They miss the details that make a story yours. That's why the output sounds generic fast, and gets more confusing with every round.

So you're a copywriter?

Short answer: no. I come in earlier and help you get aligned on strategy and substance. That clarity gives your creatives a frame to do their best work. I do write to capture ideas and narratives, and sometimes a killer claim or headline comes out of it that ends up in your marketing.

Isn't storytelling just a buzzword?

Yes and no. People often use it as a fancy word for communication. I use it on purpose, because it forces you to start with your audience.

Growth starts with a great story
